MaIN FOCUS OF THE CAMP

-Deep exploration of the Footwork level as the core of Breaking;

-Footwork is the main transition between levels of Breaking which unlocks the flow, direction changes, details and rhythm;

-Practicing methods and conceptual approach for development of the ability to create new patterns and to expand the Footwork vocabulary;

-Footwork as a part of power movement: how to use it with air moves as transitions and to create additional layers;

-Games and exercises to explore the freedom of movement, to feel the moment and to react;

-Mindset, consistency, longevity.

GOALS AND BENEFITS

  • We designed one complete and structured program where every teacher follows the same vision and methodology. Instead of delivering random material, each class is carefully connected in order to guide you through the process and help you achieve the maximum result during the 4-day camp.

  • Every workshop is built as part of one bigger picture. Each session connects to the previous one, allowing you to understand footwork not as separated moves, but as a complete system of transitions, rhythm, flow, structure and movement vocabulary.

  • The camp is mainly advanced-oriented, which allows us to create a deeper atmosphere of exploration, exchange and detailed work. At the same time, the camp remains open for anyone motivated to challenge themselves and grow.

  • Alongside Breaking practice, we will include additional physical training sessions specifically designed for bboys and bgirls in order to improve movement quality, endurance, explosiveness, body control and awareness.

  • One of the main goals of the camp is to make sure that by the end of the program you leave inspired, creatively recharged and equipped with new concepts, combinations, transitions, methods and a stronger understanding of how to explore movement independently.

Our goal is not only to teach material, but to help you develop a stronger vision of Breaking, deeper movement awareness and visibility of your own style.
